About the work

Hitman Poster
This was created as part of an assignment, and I was using a deliberately minimalist style, and inspired by artist Olly Moss. I used watercolours and watercolour pencils to make this piece. It was created to be promotional art for 2012 game Hitman: Absolution.

Forest
his piece was done digitally, using the lasso and fill tools. Inspired by classwork we did, and also an apocalypse LARP game I am part of.

DIY Apocalypse
This was also done as part of an assignment, and was done digitally using various different brushes and tools. I feel this piece could be greatly improved, but it sparked an interest in environment art and I am happy with it.

Thumbnails
These are some experimental concept art pieces, but I was encouraged to submit them here. As previously mentioned, I am interested in environment concepts, and these are some very basic experimentation in that.

Student Bio

I’m an aspiring board and video game artist and a long-time fan of games, studying at Confetti. I spend a lot of time experimenting with as many new different art styles and techniques as possible, so I can find out what works and what doesn’t, and ultimately decide what career path I want to take and what style of art fits me and my talents the best.

I am in my first year of college, and so I look forward to seeing where the coming years of study will take me. Sadly due to Covid-19, many of my plans for seeking opportunities were put on hold, but I look forward to next year when I can hopefully seek out as many opportunities as possible to make the most out of this experience.
